Hi, I’m Raz. I love words. I grew up bilingual – Hebrew and US English – and my first word was duck (I had a rubber ducky in the bathtub).

I’ve got a bachelor’s degree in English lit and East Asian studies from Tel Aviv University, and a teentsy bit of Japanese and Mandarin. I’ve been a writer, translator, and editor for over 20 years, love the job, and feel like there’s always more to learn.
